The purpose of this DVD is to take you on a pilgrimage through the Holy Land, to
make you feel as if you are there on the way to the cross, with fitting music and
narration.
We want to give you a history of the making of this DVD. The producer visited the
Holy Land in 1978. He was so moved in spirit from walking where Jesus had
walked. Whenever he read the Gospel, or during the celebration of the Holy
Week, he could visualize the places back in the Holy Land he visited so his
experience was deeper. He wanted to make others feel the same way. In order to
accomplish this, the producer and his wife did a pilgrimage to the Holy Land in late
2007. This DVD is a product from that pilgrimage.
One third of the proceeds of the sale of this DVD is donated to the Building Fund
of St. Gianna Catholic Church, Lake St. Louis, Missouri, USA
(www.stgiannaparish.org), the first new Catholic Parish established in the St. Louis
archdiocese of Eastern Missouri, in 25 years.

Part 2 - Via Dolorosa 16 min.
In Part 1 we take you through Caesarea, where St. Paul was held prisoner, Village
of Cana, Virgin Mary's birth place, Church of the Primacy of St. Peter, all the way
to the Golden Gates, through which Jesus entered Jerusalem on Palm Sunday.
In Part 2, we take from the Last Supper through Gethsamene and through the 14
Stations of the Cross all the way till Jesus is laid in the tomb.
We invite you to watch a sample show of a segment of this video.
